Founder
The person
behind the group
"I don't trade time for money. I build systems, companies, and teams that create value long after I step back."
Yame Aibangbee is a chartered engineer and programme manager with a MEng in Aerospace Engineering and an MBA in progress. His career spans aerospace, defence and complex manufacturing across some of the most demanding programmes in the industry. That includes serving as Programme Manager at Vertical Aerospace, where he oversaw development of the UK's first all-electric eVTOL aircraft, getting the aircraft airborne within 8 months of fuselage receipt.
That same rigour, precision execution, accountability, and delivery under pressure, now underpins every company within OA Holdings Group. Yame operates as Group CEO, setting strategy across all four business units while building towards a truly global multi-company enterprise.
Operating Philosophy
How we think
We build systems and companies that generate long-term value, not consultancies that end when the contract does.
Drawn from aerospace-grade programme management. We deliver what we commit to, on time, within the standards that matter.
Headquartered in the UK, operating in Nigeria and expanding to the Middle East. Global reach is the architecture, not the aspiration.
We grow through people and process. Each venture is built to operate independently at scale, not dependent on personal labour.
